Enlisting Ann's services as an Image Consultant has helped me greatly and altered the way I dress and think about clothes. I am a petite size 8 and have trouble finding clothes to fit. I would buy something if it fitted, even if I wasn't totally convinced that it suited! I definitely don't do that now and know that I am better buying from Petite ranges!

Ann advised me to have some of my existing clothes altered by a professional dressmaker - something I was against as it seemed like wasted money. After having tried this path, I am now all for it. I have had several items altered very successfully, both new and old. I am more confident in wearing something different and out of my 'comfort zone'.

The Charity Shops have also benefited as I have disposed of many items which I had kept 'just in case' or because they were to good to throw out, but were never worn because they weren't right! I wear more of my wardrobe and mix and match more. I am also more aware of styles and shapes which suit my body shape - more often than not I can tell as soon as I try something on whether or not it is right.

I also know, and accept, that sometimes I have to pay that little bit more to get something that is right for me. If you are one of those people, like I was, who do not know what suits them, or if this top matches these trousers.

I went for a personal shopping trip with Ann and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend it. It is not something I would normally do but I was going on holiday and Ann found me lots of different styles and colours that I wouldn't normally have picked out, that suited me perfectly and more so than my usual choice of clothes. I was very impressed with the shopping trip and came away with lots of bags and I would definitely do it again. Carolyn
